The Midwest Transplant Network had a goal to capture both national and local history of organ donation with a wall display at their headquarters in Westwood, KS. The challenge: create a wall system that is flexible enough to display fresh content, easily updated with ongoing medical advances in the field, while also incorporating more permanent content that showcased the rich history of organ and tissue transplantation. The solution seen below was to use graphics on the wall portion that were permanent for legacy content and P98 plates that could be switch out with fresh content over time. For an added layer of flexibility to the history wall system, I worked with Thomas Design Build to create custom cases for legacy touchpoints with wall graphics produced by the great people at Midtown Signs in Kansas City.
